MARIAM AHMED is a Californian poet and author of Moments of Astral Projection (The Offending Adam 2021).
Pakistani-born American by way of Folsom, CA, Mariam earned a BA from UC Davis and an MFA in poetry at San Diego State University. Her work has appeared in several journals and anthologies, including Flint Hills Review, Folly Journal, Maintenant: A Journal of Contemporary Dada Art & Poetry, The Offending Adam, Wingless Dreamer, and others.
Mariam lives in San Diego, CA, where she visits the ocean often to write poems in the sand.
